What is C3?
C3 is a gathering. C3 is friendship, forged primarily in the mines of biotech. C3 is fun, food, fellowship. Birthed from the ashes of green crude, we gather to eat meat, to drink from casks. There is much laughter, the occasional tear. One thing that a C3 event is not... it is not forgotten.
Beef? Yes. Definitely pork. Poultry is acceptable and seafood makes an occasional appearance. Vegetables? Only if drizzled in duck fat.
Does it age in a cask? Then let's drink it. Wine and whiskey are the obvious candidates, but we are not discriminatory.
